Orders are despatched within 24hrs, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.


UK Customers

Standard Royal Mail Delivery:

FREE  Delivery 2-4 days


Orders must be placed before 2.00pm GMT (orders taken after this time will be despatched the following day).

Orders placed after 2.00pm GMT Friday and during the weekend will be despatched on Monday.


EU Customers = £8.50 Delivery 3-5 working days


Rest of World = £12.50 Delivery 5-7 working days

IMPORTANT - A signature will be required.

Q. Are my details secure?

A. Yes, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. (Our company  Registration Ref: 3984162). We do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.

Our payment system is powered by PayPal who provides cutting edge security and fraud prevention for your peace of mind. Sensitive information is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, using the highest commercially available encryption key length.

 

Returns & Replacements

 

Q. What happens if the item I receive is faulty or damaged in transit?

A. The faulty item will be sent to the Manufacturer for testing. When the item is confirmed as faulty you will have the choice of a refund or a replacement product will be sent. Please contact us on 01775 722243 if you have received a faulty item.

If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange.

 

Customs Duties

 

If requesting delivery to a country outside of the UK this may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you - we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Oxyjet UK, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

 Q. What happens if I change my mind?

 

A. We have a  14 day returns policy. Please return the goods back to us in the condition that they were recieved. IMPORTANT because of the nature of the goods we sell, if opened or used they are Non-Returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. (should you have any questions/concerns or need advice on a product before purchasing from us please contact us on 01775 722243. Please ensure your package is sent back through a traceable method for your own peace of mind as returns are the responsibility and at the cost of the customer.

Please allow 5 working days for your card to be refunded and to show on your statement. Please note: refunds will be minus postage costs, unless the item is faulty.

If you would rather pay by postal order or cheque please select this option at checkout. We will despatch your order when the cheque has cleared into our account - this can take up to 5 working days.
